Work with managers and employees on employee relations and performance issues. Develop and implement Human Resources policies. Maintain personnel related records as required for licensure and compliance. Oversee employee benefit programs, including 401(k). Oversee training activities for agency. Work with managers on recruiting, payroll and compensation issues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Minimum 5 years HR experience; supervisory experience.

Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Port St. Lucie , FL
Job Description: The basic function of the Payroll Administrator is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Payroll for the company. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of appropriate accounting records and data entry of accounting statistics and information. The performance, as directed, of reviewing various accounting files and records and preparing special and standard reports for finance and other corporate divisions/departments. The preparation of reports will include mathematical computations and proficient use of a PC. Totally responsible to the Vice President Human Resources for a specific section of the company's Payroll Function. This includes coordination with the division personnel, location personnel and any outside sources. Maintain in good order, all records and files, the safe keeping of all company records. Regularly produces Payroll and any other related reports required by the Vice President of HR or the Comptroller. Work closely with Human Resources to ensure that Pay rates insurance, 401k, Worker Compensations cost, Personnel Deductions, etc are accurate as current. Responsible for all tracking and maintenance of records to as directed by the Vice President of HR. Coordinates any potential problems with the Vice President of HR who will take any corrective action as deemed necessary. Prepare and submit to the Vice President of Human Resources reports on recommended improvements in policies and procedures. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual reports and submitted on time and accurately. Ensures that all Payroll transactions and reports are kept in the highest confidentially.
Requirements: Successful candidate must have working knowledge of job costing, Timberline software, federal /state payroll tax filings, year-end W2’s, medical insurance reconciliations, etc. Candidate must be computer literate, have the ability to multi-task, and accuracy is a must. Certified Payroll Administrator preferred. Excellent wage and benefit package.
